ORDER PLACEMENT

You can place an order yourself on the website of the online store or by phone with the operator. Use the convenient search in our online store. Try to use keywords: model, brand, or category of goods. Alternatively, use the ready-made product catalog with logical sections. You can add a product to the cart by using the "cart" icon on the item, by clicking on it. After adding all the necessary items to your cart, you should proceed directly to your order cart (the "cart" icon is located in the top right corner of the online store page), where you can edit your order, adding or removing items, as well as changing their quantity, and fill in the necessary data to place your order. Then you need to click the "send order" or "pay order" button depending on the payment method you have chosen. After placing the order, the operator of the online store will contact you to confirm the order and clarify all its details, as well as the delivery details.

CASH PAYMENT TO THE COURIER When paying in cash, the courier will deliver the goods at the agreed time between you and the delivery service, to the specified address. Payment is accepted in Moldovan lei in accordance with the price indicated on the website.

NON-CASH PAYMENT For payment by bank transfer to legal entities, an invoice is sent after receiving the order. To do this, you need to send your details by email to maricutahome@gmail.com. All prices for goods (including promotional) and delivery services on the website are in the national currency of Moldova (MDL) and include a 20% VAT rate.

DELIVERY IN CHISINAU CITY

Delivery Cost:

  • When ordering goods worth more than 500 lei, delivery within Chisinau city is free.
  • When ordering goods worth less than 500 lei, the cost of delivery within Chisinau city is 50 lei.

Suburban Delivery: Trușeni, Vatra, Ghidighici, Grătiești, Hulboaca, Stăuceni, Goianul Nou, Dumbrava, Durlău, Codru, Becheci, Sangera, Bubuieci, Colonita, Togatin, Cricova, Chitcani, Vadul lui Vodă, Condrița, Dobrogea, Humulești - the minimum order will be 500 lei and the cost of suburban delivery will be 60 lei.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery:

  • Goods are delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Regular delivery takes place within 2 working days from the confirmation of the order.

DELIVERY IN MOLDOVA Delivery Cost: The cost of delivery in Moldova is:

  • 70 lei for bulky items
  • 120 lei for oversized items

Terms and Conditions of Delivery:

  • Goods are delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Delivery in Moldova takes place within 3-4 working days from the confirmation of the order.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The cost of delivery includes only the transportation of goods to the entrance door of the entrance, office building, or gate of a private house.

  • If you refuse to receive the delivered goods of proper quality, the cost of transportation services is charged according to the delivery regulations. RETURN OF GOODS Within 14 days, we will exchange goods of proper quality for a similar one if the specified goods do not fit in terms of form, size, style, size, color, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, with the corresponding recalculation in case of price difference. If the item required for exchange is not available, we will accept the item from you and refund its cost. The return or exchange of non-food goods of proper quality is made if the item has not been used, its appearance has been preserved, its consumer properties, and there is evidence of the purchase of this item. The list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to exchange for a similar product is presented in the annex to Law No. 105 of March 13, 2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights." In case of returning the goods, the funds for the returned goods are refunded to the buyer in the same way they were paid for the goods. Please note that in case of return (exchange) of goods of proper quality, the paid cost of delivery services for the goods is not refunded, and the cost of transportation services associated with the return (exchange) of goods of proper quality is additionally charged according to the delivery regulations.
